WHO WE ARE

A convention can be boring. Actually, it's almost always boring...but that’s why the 60’s happened. It’s also why we happened. We believe you don’t need to have an opinion and a mustache to eat a croissant, and you sure as hell don’t need to have a gym membership just to enjoy some carbs. Enter us. We’re the newcomers to the pastry world, and, much like your younger sister, the parents are still pretending we’re going to turn out just fine. We probably will, but until then we’re hoping to rewrite the traditional rules of branding, overturn common practice in company culture, and rethink craft baking as a whole.

POSITION SUMMARY

THE JOB

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be executing a superb customer experience consistent with our brand in a way that has customers coming back time and again. You'll be operating swiftly and efficiently maintaining a gorgeously stocked pastry counter and retail shelf while working seamlessly with your fellow colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES

*Serve customers in a friendly, responsive, and timely fashion *Stock the pastry counter and maintain its appearance *Restock condiment bar and other retail supplies *Keep floors, counter spaces, and all surface areas spotless *Operate POS system to complete cash and credit card transactions, open and close the register *Assist teammates and work together to collectively execute all tasks *Maintain good communication with all staff members *Handle and count cash accurately *Will require lots of cleaning and washing dishes. The front and back of the house will be working as a team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

*Must have the physical abilities to carry out the functions of the job description *1 years Front of House experience

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Standing is required for the majority of the workday.
